Several Lawrence County football players signed letters-of-intent on National Signing Day yesterday.

Wilmington's Colton Richards, Cameron Marett and Jacob Yohman all made their commitments.

Richards is headed to Division I Robert Morris University, while Marett will play for Slippery Rock University and Yohman for Mercyhurst University.

Richards was named to the District 10, Region 4 all-star first team on the offensive line and at linebacker.

Marett was a first-team running back and defensive back on the all-star team. He led Lawrence County in rushing with 1,770 yards on 213 carries and also caught 22 passes for 329 yards. He finished as the third all-time leading rusher in Wilmington history with 3,835 yards on 455 carries.

Yohman earned first-team honors at tight end and on the defensive line.

Mohawk's Parker Lyons will play for California University of Pennsylvania, while teammate Nathan McCutcheon is headed to West Liberty University.

Lyons and McCutcheon were Midwestern Athletic Conference Top 22 all-stars in 2018.

Lyons, an offensive tackle, was a unanimous choice on the offensive line. He earned honors on the defensive line as well.

McCutcheon was a unanimous MAC choice at wide receiver. He led Lawrence County with 39 catches for 888 yards and 10 touchdowns.

Mohawk finished 6-1 in the MAC, which tied it with Freedom atop the standings. The Warriors ended at 9-3.
