376 accident

Rescue workers respond to an accident in which a car rolled over in a construction zone on Interstate 376 under the Mitchell Road bridge early Tuesday afternoon.

A woman was flown to a Youngstown hospital after a one-car accident Tuesday on Interstate 376 in Neshannock Township.

The driver, Jessica L. Repucci, 29, of Brookfield, Ohio, was being treated in St. Elizabeth Health Center emergency room yesterday afternoon.

State police in Butler reported that Repucci was driving west on I-376 around 12:13 p.m. when her car went off the road and struck a guard rail, traveled back across the road and rolled, landing on its driver’s side facing under the Mitchell Road overpass.

She was cited for speeding and a lane violation. Other charges may be pending, police said.
