Editorial. The Lawrence County Land Bank was created by the county commissioners, but it is run by an appointed, nine-member panel, not the commissioners. This was incorrect in Monday’s edition. Also, the former Lincoln-Garfield school must still go through a tax sale and, if no buyer steps forward, a free and clear sale before it can be placed in the county repository. This was unclear in Monday’s edition.
