STATE

•Accident. On Old Pittsburgh Road, Shenango Township, at 9:30 a.m. on Monday. Police said Nancy C. McConahy, 72, of Wampum, northbound on Old Pittsburgh Road, slid off the icy road striking an embankment. Her vehicle then crossed both lanes and struck a tree. No injuries were reported but her vehicle sustained heavy front end damage and was towed. The Shenango Township road department was notified and salted the road at the crash scene.

•Carolyne M. Marinelli, 55, of Lowellville, Ohio, two counts of driving under the influence.

•Frederick D. Swillings, 24, of Detroit, Mich., terroristic threats and harassment.

•James J. Morris, 47, of New Castle, two counts each of aggravated assault, terroristic threats, bomb threats and one count of robbery.

•The New Castle code enforcement department charged the following:

•David Martin Kimmel, 26, of Ellwood City, manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, intent to possess a controlled substance and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

•Michaela Lynn Minnocci, 26, of Ellwood City, manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, intent to possess a controlled substance and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

The Ellwood City school district charged the following:

•Danielle Marie Fazenbaker, 36, of Ellwood City, compulsory school attendance violation.

•Rhonda L. Miller, 48, of Ellwood City, compulsory school attendance violation.

•Scott B. Dejohn, 34, of Wampum, compulsory school attendance violation.

She pleaded guilty to driving while under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance.

•Ronald Lee Davis, 45, Ellwood City — $200 fine. He pleaded guilty to driving while his operating privileges are suspended or revoked.

•Ronald Lee Davis, 45, Ellwood City —Six months intermediate punishment program the first seven days on house arrest with electronic monitoring, with credit for two days served; costs of prosecution; $1,000 fine; referral to Lawrence County Drug and Alcohol; $32 restitution to the New Castle police department; 12 month license suspension. He pleaded guilty to driving while under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance.

•Mathew Jacob Pryun, 25, New Castle — 90 days on intermediate punishment program the entire time on house arrest with electronic monitoring; $1,000 fine. He pleaded guilty to driving while operating privileges are suspended or revoked.

•Mathew Jacob Pryun, 25, New Castle — Six months intermediate punishment program, the first seven days on house arrest with electronic monitoring, to be served consecutive to any other sentence being served; $300 fine; costs of prosecution; $52 restitution for lab fees; Lawrence County Drug and Alcohol referral; attend and complete and pay for a DUI Countermeasures school; 12 month license suspension. He pleaded guilty to driving while under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance.

•Colton George Fakesh, 21, Ellwood City — Twelve months probation; costs of prosecution; $741.46 restitution to Wal-Mart. He pleaded guilty to theft.

•Malcolm Jones, 22, New Castle — Thirty four to 69 days in the Lawrence County jail with credit for 69 days served. He is released as he served the maximum term of incarceration. He pleaded guilty to defiant trespass.

•Michael Zane Gates, 49, Allegheny County — Seven days to 12 months in the Lawrence County jail with credit for seven days served; costs of prosecution; $55 restitution to the victim. He pleaded guilty to resisting arrest.

•Nicholas Eugene Paglialong, 23, New Castle — One year intermediate punishment program, the first 30 days on house arrest with electronic monitoring with credit for 10 days served, followed by one year probation; costs of prosecution; $50 restitution to the Lawrence County Drug Task Force; assessment by Lawrence County Drug and Alcohol. He pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.

•Terry Lee Kohlmetz, 26, West Middlesex — Two years probation. He pleaded guilty to endangering welfare of children.

•Toni Michele Arnold, 39, New Castle — Six months probation, $300 restitution to Joseph’s Market and not to enter premises of Joseph’s while on probation; Lawrence County Drug and Alcohol assessment. She pleaded guilty to theft by deception.

•Toni Michele Arnold, 39, New Castle — Six months probation to run consecutively with any other sentence being served; $845.81 restitution to Giant Eagle and not to enter premises of Giant Eagle while on probation; Lawrence County Drug and Alcohol assessment. She pleaded guilty to theft by deception.

•Mark Lee Jackson, 20, New Castle — Two years probation; no contact with the victim; $500 restitution to one victim and $2,523.09 restitution to another victim; 50 hours community service; Lawrence County Drug and Alcohol assessment. He pleaded guilty to criminal mischief.
