A New York man is in the Lawrence County jail, accused of burglarizing a Neshannock Township restaurant.

William Henry Rusch, 48, of Staten Island was charged by Neshannock police with felony burglary and criminal trespass in connection with a July 16 break-in at Coney Island, 2712 Wilmington Road. He also faces misdemeanor counts of theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief.

According to police, officers responding to a burglar alarm at the restaurant at 11:59 p.m. July 16 discovered forced entry had been made into the building, and that an unknown amount of cash and a register drawer had been taken.
