It was a short drive.
And unlike most test drives, this one will not be free.
Around 9 a.m. today, a man reportedly walked into the Preston Motors showroom, started up a car and drove it through the front window.
The new white Toyota shattered the window of the Wilmington Road business.
Service manager Dale Payne said the business was open, but nobody was around when the man went in and started the car.
The keys apparently were in the vehicle, he said.
The man fled on foot but was found a few minutes later.
Neshannock Township police arrested the man. No other information, including his name, was available at press time today.
Reporter Debbie Wachter Morris is working on this developing story.
