•Burglary. Thursday in the 100 block of South Crawford Avenue. Police said a .380 Bersa semi-automatic handgun, a VCR, a DVD player, a cell phone, video games, a Polar water jug filled with coins and a laptop computer were stolen. Burglars forced their way into the house, police said.
•Burglary. Thursday in the 1700 block of Gretchen Avenue. Silver dollars, $120 in cash, several credit cards and a jewelry box with a fake gold watch and cuff links were stolen. Police said the thieves broke a window with a brick to gain entry.
•Burglary. Friday in the 600 block of North Cascade Street. Police said video games, an LCD high definition television and a checkbook were stolen. Police said thieves forced their way into the house.
•Burglary. Between Dec. 26 and Wednesday in the 500 block of South Ray Street. Police said a jewelry box was emptied, but it was unknown what was missing. Thieves gained entry by forcing open a door, police said.
