On Saturday, Barry and Judith Kline from Michigan will be at the Ellwood City Area Historical Society, located at 310 5th St., Ellwood City, to present a donation of models of all the Ellwood City Soap Box Derby race winners from 1936 to 1962.

These scale models were hand made by Barry’s father, Bernard “Bucky” Kline. Bucky was the very first Ellwood City winner in 1936.

The center will be open from 1 to 3 pm.

Past soap box derby entrants are encourage to attend, and see the model of the winners in their race year.

The public is also invited, and free refreshments will be provided.
