Jasper “Izo” Neal, 35, of 25688 W. 12 Mile Road, Southville, Mich., was arraigned on Thursday in Lawrence County.

New Castle police said he was arraigned by District Judge Melissa Amodie, who set his bond at $100,000. He is facing multiple drug-related felony charges. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for 9:30 a.m., Friday, at the Lawrence County Central Court. He is being held at the Lawrence County jail.

Neal was one of almost 30 people involved with a drug ring between Detroit and New Castle. He was arrested by Detroit Police and officials from the state Office of Attorney General after being charged with crack cocaine and cocaine business charges on Feb. 24.
