McArthur “Mack” Shaw, 61, of Skyview Towers passed away May 13, 2009, in his home.
He was born Sept. 8, 1947, in Batesville, Miss., and was a son of the late Easter Eugene and Corrine Shaw.
Mr. Shaw retired as a truck driver.
He is survived by three daughters, Shanda Shaw of Mississippi, Yolanda Shaw of Louisiana and Tamika Houston of New Castle; two brothers, Sammy Shaw Sr. of Michigan and Larry Shaw of Tennessee; four sisters and their spouses, Katherine and L.C. Moore of Michigan, Patricia and Lee Artis Moten of Mississippi, Bertha and Timothy Casey of Tennessee and Sandra Kilpatrick of New Castle; and five grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, James Shaw.
Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. tomorrow at the Ed and Don DeCarbo Funeral Home and Crematory Inc., 941 S. Mill St.
A service will be held at 11 a.m. tomorrow at the funeral home. The Rev. Ivan Scott will officiate.
