Donna M. Besselman, 65, of Riverside Apartments died the morning of Nov. 5, 2008, in Jameson Hospital.

Born Jan. 6, 1943, in Warsaw, Ind., she was a daughter of John and Marjorie Shope Besselman. Her father preceded her in death. Her mother survives in New Castle.

She had worked at the former Shenango China as a production line worker, at the Lawrence County Historical Society and at Head Start.

She was a 1962 graduate of New Castle High School.

Miss Besselman enjoyed playing bingo.

She was a member of St. Mary Church.

In addition to her mother, survivors include two brothers and sisters-in-law, David L. and Dee Ann Bessselman of Avondale, Pa., and John H. and Patsy Besselman of Myrtle Beach, S.C.; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Mary Lou Besselman of New Wilmington, and Joanne F. and William Morrow of Silver Spring, Md.; and several nieces and nephews.

Calling hours are 5 to 7 p.m. tomorrow at the J. Bradley Funeral Home and Crematory, 111 W. Falls St. A service will be conducted at 7 p.m. tomorrow at the funeral home The Rev. James Downs of Christ the King Parish will officiate.
