Wilmington to conduct kindergarten screening

NEW CASTLE — The Wilmington school district will have a screening clinic for kindergarten students in April.

Anyone who has a child who will be 5 before Sept. 1 may register him or her for kindergarten. To do so, the parent must call the elementary school office at (724) 656-8866, extension 3000, to make an appointment.

A packet containing all the necessary registration forms and an appointment time will be mailed at the end of March to those who contact the school office.

The screening clinic will be April 24 and 25 by appointment only.
