Wilmington sets kindergarten screening

NEW CASTLE — Children entering the Wilmington kindergarten program for 2014-15 year will be screened April 23 and 24.

The program is for children who live in the district and will be 5 years old before Sept. 1.

Parents or guardians should call the school at (724) 656-8866, extension 3000, to make an appointment. Screenings will be by appointment only at the New Wilmington Elementary School.

A packet containing all necessary registration forms and an appointment time will be mailed late in March to parents who contact the elementary school office.

Children will attend classes in the Pulaski or Wilmington elementary buildings.

Do you talk to yourself when you're alone?

Yes, but I’m basically just thinking out loud.
No, that would be weird.
I don’t know. Next time I’m alone, I’ll ask.
