Christin Louise Hamilton and Robert Thomas Houk III

Christin Louise Hamilton and Robert Thomas Houk III were married at a 2 p.m. ceremony Aug. 1, 2009, at Evangel Community Church. Officiating was the Rev. Robert Strobel.

Parents of the bride are Scott and Veronica Hamilton of 120 S. Mercer St., New Wilmington.

Parents of the groom are Crystal and Robert Houk Jr. of 2644 Ben Franklin Highway, Edinburg.

The bride wore a strapless, mermaid-style white gown with sweetheart neckline. Crystal rose design adorned the bodice and train.

A crystal and pearl headpiece held her veil adorned with crystals.

She carried a bouquet of pink and white lilies, white roses and white calla lilies.

Maid of honor was Jessica Iclek of Edinburg.

Bridesmaids were Lacy Pisano of New Castle, Tanya Iwanejko of New Castle, Amanda Houk, sister of the groom, of Pulaski, Melanie Kosior of Bessemer and Jordan Beahr of Columbus, Ohio.

Flower girl was Kaitlyn Houk of Pulaski.

Miniature bride was Jenna Iclek of Edinburg.

Ring bearer was Ethan Iwanejko of New Castle.

Best man was Jason Wetzal of Edinburg.

Groomsmen were Jimmy Ferlan of Edinburg, Chris Dale of Edinburg, Brad Nelson of Enon Valley, Nick Hamilton and Nathan Hamilton, brothers of the bride, of New Wilmington.

The reception was at St. Johns Hall in New Castle.

After their honeymoon in Florida, the newlyweds make their home in Pulaski.

The bride is a graduate of Mohawk High School and is now attending Slippery Rock University for criminology.

The groom is also a Mohawk alumnus and is working for RNL Vacuum LLC.
