NEW CASTLE —
Christina Marie Badger and Vincent Douglas Sokoloski were married at 1 p.m. Oct. 6, 2012, at Mary, Mother of Hope Parish. The Rev. Bill Sieble officiated.
Parents of the bride are Joyce and James Badger of 1067 Mount Jackson Road.
Parents of the groom are Carla and Douglas Sokoloski of 829 Pine Glenn Road.
The bride wore a David’s princess style satin gown with crystals throughout and lace at the bottom.
Her cascading bouquet contained several stargazers lilies, and pink and white roses.
Vocalist was James Hackett.
Matron of honor was Kelsie Dorr of New Castle.
Bridesmaids were Roxanne Prock of New Castle, Holly Badger, the bride’s sister-in-law, of Harmony, Mindy Williams of New Castle, Nikki Gwin of Bessemer, Andrea Brigham, the bride’s cousin, of Sewickley, Devon Murdock of Sewickley, Marianna Lupi of Monroeville and Kristie Vossler of Pittsburgh.
Flower girl was Norah Sharpe, the bride’s second cousin, of Cleveland.
The bride’s niece, Addison Badger, was flower baby.
Serving as best man was Michael Ferguson of Cumberland, Md.
Groomsmen were Adam Ligo of Garrettsville, Ohio, Ryan Sharbaugh of New Wilmington, John Cochran of Pittsburgh, Jimmy T. Badger, the bride’s brother, of Harmony, Dustin Williams, the bride’s cousin, of New Castle, Andrew Robison of Pulaski, Trevor Sokoloski, the groom’s brother, of Pulaski and Corey Sokoloski, the groom’s brother, of Minot, N.D.
The reception was held at Mary, Mother of Hope Parish.
The couple spent their honeymoon at the Grand Palladium Resort and Spa in Jamaica.
The bride is a graduate of Mohawk High School and Westminster College. She is store manager at Sherwin Williams.
Her husband is a graduate of Wilmington High School. He works for U.S. Steel.
The newlyweds make their home at 864 Tomahawk Trail.
