NEW CASTLE —
Rachal Lauran Glass and Scott James Bright were married at 1 p.m. Oct. 12, 2013, at St. Lawrence Church. The Rev. James A. Downs officiated.
Parents of the bride are Tim and Brenda Glass of Bessemer.
Parents of the groom are Jim and Patty Bright of 183 Cleland Mill Road.
The bride wore a diamond white taffeta gown adorned with Swarovski crystals, a cap-sleeve shoulder treatment and skirt pick-ups revealing a lace inset panel.
Her clutch bouquet contained white calla lilies decorated with fall leaves, berries and clear crystals.
Vocalists were Mary Kay Sainato and Dennis Gallagher. Accompanist was Lou Mastroddi.
Matron of honor was Amy Donston, the bride’s cousin, of New Wilmington.
Bridesmaids were Kelly Pezzuolo, the bride’s cousin, of Bessemer, Ashlie Hennon, the bride’s cousin, of Phillippi, W.Va., Blaire Pezzuolo, the bride’s cousin, of Hillsville, Elizabeth Lennox of Pittsburgh and Michaela Mrakovich, the bride’s cousin, of Lowellville, Ohio.
Junior bridesmaid was Kylie Bright, the groom’s’ niece.
Flower girls were Cianna Muto and Dakota Hall-Foster.
Junior groomsman was Brandon Bright.
Serving as best man was Zach Zelesnak of Wampum.
Groomsmen were Steve Bright, the groom’s brother, of New Castle, Greg Glass, the bride’s brother, of Bessemer, Tim Glass Jr., the bride’s brother, of Bessemer, Aaron Lucas of Youngstown and Angelo Kelly of New Brighton.
The reception was held at The New Englander.
The couple spent their honeymoon in Daytona Beach, Fla.
The bride is a graduate of Mohawk High School and Slippery Rock University. She works for the Mohawk Area School District.
Her husband is a graduate of Mohawk High School and Youngstown State University. He is employed by R.L. Lipton.
The newlyweds make their home at 211 Old Hickory Road.
