NEW CASTLE —
Arissa Davis and Brandon Travis French were married at noon Sept. 1, 2012, at St. Vitus Parish. The Rev. Frank Almade officiated. An additional crowning ceremony was held at St. Elias Church with the Rev. Kevin Long officiating.
Parents of the bride are Charles Davis of Mentor, Ohio and Jo Ann Davis of Wampum.
Parents of the groom are Debra French of New Castle and the late Dennis French.
The bride wore a white lace halter style gown with a bodice adorned by a delicately embroidered design and accented with a semi-cathedral length train and satin sash.
She carried a large white rose bouquet adorned with crystal rhinestones.
Matron of honor was Adrienne A. Langer, the bride’s sister, of Edinburg.
Bridesmaid was Christine Yasechko of Gaithersburg, Md.
Serving as best man was Vincent Pannutti of Pilot Mountain, N.C.
Groomsman was Jason Shorts, the groom’s cousin, of New Castle.
The reception was held at the Bessemer Croatian Club.
The couple spent their honeymoon in Montego Bay, Jamaica.
The bride is a graduate of Mohawk High School and the University of Pittsburgh.
She is a registered nurse in the operating room of Magee-Womens Hospital.
Her husband is a graduate of Mohawk High School and Community College of Allegheny County. He is self employed.
The newlyweds make their home in New Castle.
