NEW CASTLE —
Jessica Lynn Ringbloom and William Robert Maxwell were married at a 5:35 p.m. ceremony on March 13, 2010, in the Alpine Room at the SNPJ Recreation Facility. Pastor Scott Frederick officiated.
Parents of the bride are Lyman and Marilyn Ringbloom of 617 State Route 208, Pulaski.
The groom is a son of Bill Maxwell of 711 Plain Grove Road, Volant, and Donna and Brian Panella of 310 E. Fairfield Ave.
The bride wore an ivory satin trumpet gown. The dress featured beaded metallic lace, a satin empire band with bow, and lace-up back with chapel-length train.
Her rounded bouquet consisted of mini calla lilies, ivory roses, blue delphinium, hydrangea, with an ivory wrap around the stems.
Sister of the bride, Kristen Kuzma of New Middletown, Ohio, was matron of honor.
Flower girl was Alexis Boyer of New Wilmington.
Ring bearer was Zachary Kuzma of New Middletown.
Serving as best man was Matt Maxwell, brother of the groom, of New Castle.
Music was provided by DJ Tony Tunez.
The reception was also at the Alpine Room.
After honeymooning in the Dominican Republic, Punta Cana, the newlyweds make their home in New Castle.
The bride is a graduate of Wilmington Area High School and holds her degree from Westminster College. She is a juvenile probation officer aide.
Her husband is also a Wilmington alumnus who earned his degree from Westminster College. He works in computer resources.
