NEW CASTLE — Katie Lynne Fiest and Nicholas Ryan Paolini were married at a 3:30 p.m. ceremony June 26, 2010, at St. Vitus Church. The Rev Rich Toohey of Meadville officiated.

Parents of the couple are David and Lynne Fiest of Southington, Ohio, and Nicholas and Susann Paolini of 1171 Old State Road, New Castle.

The bride wore a halter-style, fit-and-flare A-line Casablanca gown with delicate beaded lace appliqués.

She carried a bouquet of yellow mini calla lilies.

Maid of honor was Maggie Fiest, bride’s sister, of Raleigh, N.C.

Bridesmaids were Brittney Campana of Southington, Ohio, Stephanie Patterson of New Castle; and Christine Lazzara and Beth Fabus, sisters of the groom, of Cranberry Township.

Flower girl was Grace Lazzara of Cranberry Township.

The best man was Matt Walczak of New Castle.

Ushers were Mike Walczak of New Castle, Brandon Albertini of New Castle, Keith Patterson of New Castle and Justin Conner of New Castle.

Sandy DeCarbo was accompanist.

The reception was at The Embassy.

After a honeymoon to Riviera Maya, Mexico, the newlyweds make their home in Meadville.

The bride is a graduate of Southington High School.

She received her bachelor of science in business administration in 2007 from Kent State University.

She is attending Gannon University for her MBA.

She works as human resources representative for Joy Mining Machinery in Franklin.

Her husband is a graduate of Shenango High School.

He is a 2003 graduate of Penn State University with a bachelor of science degree in education. He earned his masters of education in 2006 from Edinboro University and is working on his instructional technology specialist degree from DeSales University.

He is a teacher and technology coach at Saegertown High School in the Penncrest School District in Saegertown.
