Renee Louise Criss and Rocco Rich Palmerine
Renee Louise Criss and Rocco Rich Palmerine were married at a 2 p.m. ceremony Aug. 8, 2009, at Bell Memorial Presbyterian Church, Ellwood City. Officiating was the Rev. Derek Longbrake.
Parents of the bride are Bob and Laurie Criss of 6337 North Edinburg Road, Edinburg.
The groom is a son of Rich and Tara Palmerine of Pittsburgh.
The bride’s white satin ballgown featured pearl beading designs embroidered on the bodice, cathedral train and cap sleeves. A crystal tiara topped her pearl studded fingertip veil.
She carried a bouquet that she designed herself, and was made by her mother, consisting of white roses surrounding orange lilies, with pearl accents.
Maid of honor was Leah Criss, sister of the bride, of Edinburg.
Bridesmaids were Tamara Hensel, sister of the groom, of Pittsburgh, Kara Fenechi of Ellwood City, Brittany Powell of New Castle and Stephanie Wall of Curwensville.
Junior bridesmaids were Alexis Hensel of Pittsburgh, Tabitha Powell of New Castle and Lexie Cearfoss of Ellwood City.
Ring bearer was Dylan Heim of Pittsburgh.
Best man was Michael Lambros of Pittsburgh.
Serving as groomsmen were Mark Lambros of Canonsburg, OJ Wandrisco of Bethel Park, William Warnock of Pittsburgh and Nick Van Balen of Washington, D.C.
Pianist Alissa Shawl sang her original composition, “Capture Me.” She also provided the rest of the music.
Three scripture readings enhanced the ceremony, given by Rebekah Pruchnic, sister of the bride, and Kathryn Gerberich and Nathaniel Pockras.
A reception followed at B&B Banquet Hall in Brady’s Run Park.
After honeymooning in Hawaii, the newlyweds make their home in Beaver Falls.
