Jacqueline Ann Barber and Michael Vincent Lamorella were married at a 3:30 p.m. ceremony on June 21, 2008, at St. Vitus Church. Officiating was the Rev. Edward Stafford.
Parents of the bride are Cynthia Ann Barber of 3101 Nesbit St., and Jeffrey Lewis Barber of 416 Paden Road.
The groom is a son of Vincent and Linda Lamorella of 2901 Glenda Drive.
The bride wore a Georgette halter, A-line gown with side draped bodice and sweep train. Her crystal and pearl headpiece held a white tulle shoulder-length veil.
She carried a round bouquet of white Asiatic lilies highlighted with teal limonium with white satin wrapped stems.
Maid of honor was Jamie Barber, bride’s sister, of New Castle.
Bridesmaids were Lisa Fenechi, groom’s sister, of San Antonio, Texas, and Alyssa Francescone and Kristin Roberts, both of New Castle.
Best man was Richard “Boomer” Pearsall of New Castle.
Ushers were Justin Lamorella, brother of the groom, of New Castle, Jeremy Fenechi of San Antonio, Michael Marshal of Charleston, S.C., Brian Leonhardt of Boardman, Ohio, and Scott Riemenschneider of Pittsburgh.
Sandy DeCarbo was organist. Vocalist was Kay Colucci.
Rachelle Russo was clarinetist and Jesse Croach was trumpeter.
Presentation of gifts was made by Barbara and Fred DePietro.
Readings were by Deborah Clements and Renee Anderson.
The reception took place at The Villa.
Following their western Caribbean honeymoon cruise, the newlyweds make their home in Pittsburgh.
The bride is a graduate of Mohawk High School and Clarion University of Pennsylvania. She is a data coordinator for Verizon Wireless, Pittsburgh.
Her husband is a graduate of Laurel High School. He is manager of Verizon Wireless, Pittsburgh.
