Adrian Rose McKee and Pasquale Amabile III were married at a 4 p.m. ceremony Feb. 23, 2008, at the DeCarbo Memorial Chapel. Pastor Dominick Cestrone was officiating clergyman.
The bride’s mother and stepfather are Marcella Jones and Franklin Bush of 306 E. Garfield Ave.
Parents of the groom are Agnes and Pasquale Amabile Jr. of 314 E. Home St.
Because the bride’s father, Richard McKee, passed at an early age, her dream had always been to have her grandfather, Edward Chiarini, walk her down the aisle. When his cancer diagnosis worsened, wedding arrangements were made in three weeks to allow for his participation. He has since passed away.
The bride wore a Maggie Sottero one-piece, slim, A-line gown featuring elaborate floral motifs decorating an exquisite tulle lace overlay with champagne accents.
She carried a bouquet of calla lilies and Leonidas roses.
Maid of honor was Leigh-Ann McKee, bride’s sister of New Castle.
Bridesmaids were Lindsey Jones, another sister and Kylee Criss, both of New Castle and Cassandra Amabile, the groom’s daughter, also of New Castle.
Best man was Biagio Ventura of Los Angeles.
Ushers, all of New Castle, were Philip Gallo, Jason Maciarello and Pasquale Amabile IV, the groom’s son.
Ceremony music was provided by pianist Sandy DeCarbo.
Afterwards, family and friends celebrated at Gallo’s Italian Villa, Hermitage.
After their honeymoon in Las Vegas, the newlyweds make their home at 309 E. Home St.
The bride is a graduate of New Castle High School and attended Erie Business Center South for accounting.
She also served four years in the U.S. Air Force.
She works as a claims representative for Liberty Mutual Insurance Co., New Castle.
Her husband is a graduate of the Lawrence County Career and Technical Center. He graduated from ICM School of business and attended Robert Morris University.
He works as a senior technical software consultant for FedEx Services Inc.
