Erin Marie Gill and David Edward Ninehouser were married at a 2 p.m. ceremony Feb. 16, 2008, at The Union Project in the East Liberty section of Pittsburgh. The Rev. William Podobinski officiated.
Parents of the bride are Jack F. and Charlene R. Gill of New Castle.
The groom is a son of Paul Ninehouser of Greensburg and the late Virginia I. Ninehouser.
The bride’s white twill gown, designed for Venus, featured a strapless bodice with pleated effect over a natural waistline topping a full skirt and chapel-length train.
She carried a cascading bouquet of red roses with baby’s breath and holly.
Honor attendant was Christina Cann of Pittsburgh.
Serving as bridesmaid was Darcy Holtzman of Pittsburgh.
Twins, Alex and Jacob George of Murrysville, Pa., served as flower girl and ring bearer respectively.
Groom’s brother, Paul Ninehouser of Ardara, was best man.
Usher was Ralph Feldman of Pittsburgh.
Durng the ceremony, the couple lighted a unity candle. Special music was provided by bagpiper Alasdiar Gilles.
The reception also took place at The Union Project.
Following their honeymoon in Ligonier, the newlyweds make their home in Pittsburgh’s North Side.
The bride is a graduate of New Castle High School and the University of Pittsburgh.
She is employed as canvas director for Working America.
