NEW CASTLE —
An East Side man, allegedly was walking around without clothes is facing charges.
New Castle police have charged 60-year-old Dennis C. Digia with open lewdness, disorderly conduct and public nudity.
A city officer on patrol said he saw Digia get out of his car completely naked and run into his house at 722 Acorn St. on Aug. 18. The officer said he had seen Digia driving around his house for about an hour before that.
The policeman spoke to Digia on his porch and Digia told him he had dropped his wife off at work, and while driving home he had an itch and took all of his clothes off.
He added he was not looking for girls, the officer said.
