NEW CASTLE — Three 18-year-olds have been arrested for allegedly breaking into several vehicles in Plain Grove.

State police accused Tyler Bryant Schlobohm, Michael Anthony Barkey and Joshua Roy Allen, all of Volant, of committing Sunday’s thefts.

Troopers allege the three broke into cars at several different residences and stole purses, credit cards, electronic items and a gun.

Each is charged with theft, conspiracy to commit theft, theft from a motor vehicle and criminal mischief.

They were arraigned by District Judge David B. Rishel and committed to the Lawrence County jail in lieu of $10,000 bond each.
