NEW CASTLE —
A North Hill woman has been arrested for allegedly assaulting a police officer with a blunt cocaine rod.
New Castle police said they also found drugs in her possession.
Donna Renee Aiken, 43, of 202 E. Moody Ave., allegedly stabbed the officer in the head with the rod as he confronted her about suspected drug paraphernalia items that were in her purse.
