NEW CASTLE — Four Lawrence County residents are facing gambling charges over an alleged Texas Hold’em poker tournament in Beaver County.

Charged by the Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement of the Pennsylvania State Police are James F. Graham IV, 31, and Karri Jean Graham, 29, both of Wampum; Justin Anthony Graham, 27, of Edinburg; and Travis William Loccisano, 33, of New Castle.

All four defendants face two misdemeanor counts for allowing gambling at the Saxons Club, 901 Millview St. in Ellwood City. The club is in the Beaver County portion of the borough.

The charges were filed in the office of District Judge Dale F. Nicholson in New Brighton.

According to police, the four are accused of allowing people to assemble at the club, which they were renting out at the time of the alleged poker game on Aug. 16 last year.

The charges were not filed until July 11. Information provided by police did not explain the delay between when officials said they observed gambling and when the charges were filed.

The suspects were mailed summonses on the charges. Preliminary hearings are scheduled for Aug. 13.
