Woman accused of endangerment

NEW CASTLE — A woman faces charges of endangering her children after she allegedly left them alone in a vehicle.

Union Township police charged Constance Perrotta, 30, of 421 W. Neshannock Ave. after an alleged incident at Westgate Plaza Sunday.

Officers said they had received a report of children left alone in a vehicle in the parking lot. Police said they found two girls, ages 5 and 8, in a locked vehicle.

According to officers, they found Perrotta shopping in a store.

She is facing two counts each of endangering the welfare of children and disorderly conduct.

Yes. Obama's been overstepping his authority since day one in office. It's time he pay the piper.
No. The allegations are ridiculous and the law suit is a waste of time and tax payer money.
I don't know. I'm not a huge fan of Obama, but the suit seems a little extreme.
