City man dies in Florida crash

NEW CASTLE — A North Hill man has died from injuries he sustained in a three-vehicle accident Thursday in Daytona Beach.

The accident occured around 2:15 p.m. on Interstate 95. Emergency personnel had to free 37-year-old David Eisenhuth, 37, of 205 1/2 Park Ave., New Castle, from a box truck in which he was a front-seat passenger. He was flown from the scene to Halifax Medical Center, where he later died.

According to reports of Florida Highway Patrol, a 1998 Isuzu pickup truck driven by 33-year-old Skye Baldwin of Deltona was attempting to enter I-95 southbound from an eastbound on-ramp when her car apparently hydroplaned on the wet road. The front left side of her truck hit the right side of the box truck driven by 35-year-old Michael Chaffe of Pennsylvania, who was southbound on the interstate, according to reports. Chaffe’s truck then crossed all southbound lanes and struck a light pole.

A third car, a 2013 Lincoln driven by 21-year-old Jessica Martin of Port Orange, Fla., was struck by debris from the crash. Neither she nor Chaffe were hurt in the wreck.

Florida Highway Patrol said charges are pending.

On Wednesday, the House of Representatives voted to authorize Speaker John Boehner to sue President Obama for allegedly overstepping his legal authority with the way he's handled Obamacare. Good call?

Yes. Obama's been overstepping his authority since day one in office. It's time he pay the piper.
No. The allegations are ridiculous and the law suit is a waste of time and tax payer money.
I don't know. I'm not a huge fan of Obama, but the suit seems a little extreme.
