Teens charged with trespassing on school property

NEW CASTLE — Eight teenagers have been charged with trespassing on Lincoln High School property in Ellwood City.

Ellwood City police charged the eight, five males and three females, with defiant trespass. Seven of the juveniles are Ellwood City residents and one is from Beaver Falls.

According to court records, the incident occurred on Dec. 25, 2012.

Police said the individuals, ranging in age from 13 to 15, were charged with defiant trespass because “no trespassing” signs are posted on school property.
