Route 18 work to impact traffic

NEW CASTLE — Work to conduct geotechnical research for future improvements on Wilmington Road will take place Monday and Tuesday, weather permitting.

According to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, crews will be drilling cores needed to research pavement history for possible improvements on Route 18 from Mitchell Road to Mercer County.

Short-term, intermittent single-lane closures will occur as needed from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. both days in various locations.

Motorists are advised to use caution and expect possible delays.

Yes. Obama's been overstepping his authority since day one in office. It's time he pay the piper.
No. The allegations are ridiculous and the law suit is a waste of time and tax payer money.
I don't know. I'm not a huge fan of Obama, but the suit seems a little extreme.
