NEW CASTLE — A New Castle principal now on paid leave will not face criminal charges involving complaints against him.
Robert Razzano, principal at New Castle Junior High School, remains on leave after authorities determined complaints lodged against him did not warrant criminal charges. However, the school district can pursue any allegations as a personnel and disciplinary matter.
Lawrence County District Attorney Joshua Lamancusa announced that a probe by his office and the New Castle Police Department determined complaints lodged against Razzano by various individuals did not involve criminal conduct, but they may involve matters for the district to pursue.
