Man’s death ruled accidental

NEW CASTLE — An Ellwood City man who was found outside a neighbor’s home Sunday died of a broken neck.

State police said the body of Shawn Eric Harper, 41, of 1866 W. Lawrence Ave., was found in the 1500 block of Fox Street, Wayne Township, at 1:30 p.m.

Deputy Lawrence County coroner Samuel Teolis, who pronounced Harper dead at the scene, said an autopsy was done yesterday at the Heritage Valley Medical Center in Beaver County. He said the autopsy revealed that death was due to a fractured neck. Teolis called the death accidental.

Police said it appeared Harper had been deceased for several hours at the time his body was found and that there was no indication of foul play.

Police were assisted by the Wayne Township police department.

On Wednesday, the House of Representatives voted to authorize Speaker John Boehner to sue President Obama for allegedly overstepping his legal authority with the way he's handled Obamacare. Good call?

Yes. Obama's been overstepping his authority since day one in office. It's time he pay the piper.
No. The allegations are ridiculous and the law suit is a waste of time and tax payer money.
I don't know. I'm not a huge fan of Obama, but the suit seems a little extreme.
