NEW CASTLE —
Both Clavelli and Sims are charged with conspiracy for possession of heroin, possession of a controlled substance, conspiracy for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of drug paraphernalia.
They were arraigned by District Judge Melissa A. Amodie, who set their bonds at $25,000 each.
Clavelli was additionally charged Monday with manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to deliver, possession and driving while his license is suspended.
Amodie set his bond for those alleged offenses at another $25,000.
Clavelli also is awaiting trial for other drug charges filed against him in late February after police, having received many complaints from the neighborhood, served a search warrant at his house. At that time they allegedly found more than six grams of heroin, most of it pure.
