Ellwood man charged in fondling

An Ellwood City man was charged for allegedly improperly touching a woman.

Wesley Stethen Lavalley, 55, of 720 Lawrence Ave., was charged with indecent assault and harassment.

He was arraigned before District Judge Jerry Cartwright. A preliminary hearing is set for Aug. 28.

According Ellwood City police, they were called to a Lawrence Avenue address about 8:30 p.m. Friday.

A woman who lives there told officers Lavalley had inappropriately touched her without her consent.

Lavalley told officers the victim had shown him a picture of her breasts on her phone so he thought he was allowed to touch her if he wanted to.

Police said he acknowledged she had never told him he could.

On Wednesday, the House of Representatives voted to authorize Speaker John Boehner to sue President Obama for allegedly overstepping his legal authority with the way he's handled Obamacare. Good call?

Yes. Obama's been overstepping his authority since day one in office. It's time he pay the piper.
No. The allegations are ridiculous and the law suit is a waste of time and tax payer money.
I don't know. I'm not a huge fan of Obama, but the suit seems a little extreme.
