Hit-and-run victim identified

NEW CASTLE — Information is being sought about a hit-and-run accident that killed a man on Route 422.

Shenango Township police said Charles Walter Bobro, 55, whose last known address is 20 E. North St., was found dead near the Red Apple Convenience Store, 2985 New Butler Road at 10:35 p.m. Friday.

Police said Bobro apparently was walking east facing traffic when a westbound vehicle struck and killed him, then fled.

A passerby noticed Bobro’s body in grass near the berm and notified authorities.

The Pennsylvania State Police, their crash reconstruction and forensics units, the Shenango Volunteer Fire Department and ambulance personnel assisted Shenango police at the scene.

Yes. Obama's been overstepping his authority since day one in office. It's time he pay the piper.
No. The allegations are ridiculous and the law suit is a waste of time and tax payer money.
I don't know. I'm not a huge fan of Obama, but the suit seems a little extreme.
