NEW CASTLE —
A Mahoningtown man has been charged for allegedly making threats to a business after he was fired.
New Castle police said Paul Joseph Flesch, 32, of 210 N. Liberty St., Apt. 1, was dismissed from his duties at Hill Railroad Car Co. at 201 Power St. Thursday afternoon.
The company told police that Flesch had been hired through a job placement agency. A worker told officers that he saw Flesch walking through the shop before 4 p.m. and was unaware he had just been fired.
According to police, Flesch commented, “I’m going to come back and kill somebody and blow this shop up.”
Flesch then left the building.
After that, police tried to contact him but were unsuccessful.
He is charged with terroristic threats and harassment and a warrant has been issued for his arrest.
