Seafood restaurant cited

NEW CASTLE — The Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture has cited Long John Silver’s for food safety violations.

Court records filed this week with District Judge David Rishel stated the restaurant at 2797 New Butler Road had been cited for a summary offense involving retail food facility and employee cleanness.

The paperwork indicated that on May 28, the establishment had failed to close after sewage had backed up onto the floor.

The citation also stated that on March 5, 2013, the establishment had failed to cease operations because of a lack of hot water.

A summons was issued.

On Wednesday, the House of Representatives voted to authorize Speaker John Boehner to sue President Obama for allegedly overstepping his legal authority with the way he's handled Obamacare. Good call?

Yes. Obama's been overstepping his authority since day one in office. It's time he pay the piper.
No. The allegations are ridiculous and the law suit is a waste of time and tax payer money.
I don't know. I'm not a huge fan of Obama, but the suit seems a little extreme.
