Crash knocks out power to downtown traffic lights

NEW CASTLE — An accident blamed on a medical emergency knocked out power to several traffic lights in downtown New Castle late Tuesday afternoon.

The accident occurred at around 5:15 p.m. at the intersection of East and North streets downtown. Initial resports indicated the driver, who suffered a medical problem, hit the AAA building and a utility pole, knocking out power.

Among the intersections affected were North and East as well as East and East Washington streets.

Police and other emergency crews responded.

Yes. Obama's been overstepping his authority since day one in office. It's time he pay the piper.
No. The allegations are ridiculous and the law suit is a waste of time and tax payer money.
I don't know. I'm not a huge fan of Obama, but the suit seems a little extreme.
