Water flow affected in parts of New Castle after break

NEW CASTLE — Residents on New Castle’s lower North Hill may notice reduced water pressure this afternoon.

Gary Lobaugh, spokesman for the Pennsylvania American Water Co., said crews are working on a 12-inch water line break on Neshannock Boulevard.

Affected residents are those on Neshannock Boulevard, East Moody Avenue and nearby areas.

He said he does not expect anyone to lose water completely.
