Prostitute ejected from vehicle before crash, man tells police

NEW CASTLE — Hickory Township police are investigating the story they were given following a one-vehicle crash.

Police said a pickup truck, northbound on Eastbrook Road at high speed around 10 p.m. Sunday failed to negotiate a curve at Barnes Lane and slid into a stand of trees at the side of the road.

Officers said when they arrived they found Justin Frishkorn, 28, of 421 E. Leasure Ave., standing beside the truck, which is registered to him.

Police said he was intoxicated.

According to officers, Frishkorn told them he had not been driving at the time of the crash. Officers said he told them he had come from the city’s South Side, where he had encountered a prostitute, and she had been driving the truck. He said she had been ejected from the vehicle when it left the road.

Hickory officers contacted the New Castle Police Department and the Hickory Township Volunteer Fire Department to search the area, but could find no one.

Officers said Frishkorn was taken to Jameson Hospital for treatment for minor injuries. Police said the investigation is continuing.

On Wednesday, the House of Representatives voted to authorize Speaker John Boehner to sue President Obama for allegedly overstepping his legal authority with the way he's handled Obamacare. Good call?

Yes. Obama's been overstepping his authority since day one in office. It's time he pay the piper.
No. The allegations are ridiculous and the law suit is a waste of time and tax payer money.
I don't know. I'm not a huge fan of Obama, but the suit seems a little extreme.
