Hermitage man facing threat charges

NEW CASTLE — Neshannock Township police have charged a Hermitage man with harassment and terroristic threats against a Pulaski Road woman.

Police said they issued a summons to Luke Matthew Cushion, 26, of 2255 Parkdale Ave. Tuesday, after he allegedly sent four threatening text messages to the 23-year-old victim.

Police said the messages contained threats that Cushion would break into the woman’s home and kill her.
