Fire erupts twice at East Side address

NEW CASTLE —

Fires, which are alleged to be deliberately set, had New Castle firefighters called out twice Saturday.
Calls came in at 2:28 a.m. and again at 7:33 again at 641 S. Ray St., which is a vacant two-story house.
Each time, firefighters were at the scene about one hour.
This is the fourth time the department has responded to fires at this address since July 5, said a fire department spokesman.
The spokesman wasn’t sure whether the house has been placed on the city’s demolition list.

On Wednesday, the House of Representatives voted to authorize Speaker John Boehner to sue President Obama for allegedly overstepping his legal authority with the way he's handled Obamacare. Good call?

Yes. Obama's been overstepping his authority since day one in office. It's time he pay the piper.
No. The allegations are ridiculous and the law suit is a waste of time and tax payer money.
I don't know. I'm not a huge fan of Obama, but the suit seems a little extreme.
