NEW CASTLE —
A New Castle man was arrested for allegedly pulling a gun on a driver after allegedly tailgating him.
Neshannock Township police arrested Johnny Ray Davis-Hill, 21, of Apt. 2B, 1134 Parkwood Court, in a parking lot.
The alleged victim, a 53-year-old man, told police he had been driving north on Wilmington Road around 11 a.m. Friday and Davis-Hill had been tailgating him. He said he got out of his car at the traffic light in front of Liberty Mutual Insurance Co. and told Hill to stop tailgating him, then got back into his car and left.
The man then drove to a grocery store and saw Davis-Hill pull into the same parking lot, he told police. He said he went over to speak to Davis-Hill, who then pulled a gun on him.
Davis-Hill is charged with two counts of simple assault and one count each of terroristic threats and recklessly endangering another person.
He will be sent a summons to appear in court.
