Bridge work closes part of Route 956

NEW CASTLE — A bridge repair project has closed a portion of Route 956 in Wilmington Township.

Crews were replacing a span located near the intersection of Wilson Mill Road south of New Wilmington.

An old pipe was removed and a new one is to replace it.

The project is expected to be completed Thursday.
