NEW CASTLE —
A New Castle man is facing various charges in what state police portray as a road rage incident.
Andrew David Zilla, 32, is charged with recklessly endangering another person, criminal mischief, harassment, reckless driving and careless driving after an incident that occurred Nov. 6, although charges were just filed Monday.
According to police, the incident occurred on East Maitland Lane in Hickory Township and involved two westbound vehicles. Officers said Zilla became enraged with the driving of the other motorist and rammed the rear of the victim’s auto.
Police said the collision caused $2,719 in damage to the victim’s auto.
Charges were filed in the office of District Judge David Rishel.
