Police identify victims in fatal Amish buggy crash

WILMINGTON TOWNSHIP — State police say a mother and her daughter died in a fatal collision between a truck and a horse-drawn Amish buggy.

Authorities say 34-year-old Mary Byler, of New Wilmington, and her 11-year-old daughter, whose name was withheld, died in the crash Saturday on Pulaski-Mercer Road, Wilmington Township, Mercer County. Byler’s husband, 35-year-old William Byler, was seriously injured and flown to St. Elizabeth Health Center in Youngstown.

Emergency dispatchers say the incident happened late Saturday afternoon. The truck was driven by 36-year-old Matthew Coulter, of Pulaski. His condition wasn’t available.

Both victims were pronounced dead at the scene by Mercer County Coroner Brad McGonigle. He says they died of blunt force trauma.

State police are investigating.

On Wednesday, the House of Representatives voted to authorize Speaker John Boehner to sue President Obama for allegedly overstepping his legal authority with the way he's handled Obamacare. Good call?

Yes. Obama's been overstepping his authority since day one in office. It's time he pay the piper.
No. The allegations are ridiculous and the law suit is a waste of time and tax payer money.
I don't know. I'm not a huge fan of Obama, but the suit seems a little extreme.
