NEW CASTLE —
When the law caught up with William Fuller, he was carrying 102 grams of pure heroin, according to authorities.
Fuller, 43, of 721 E. Main St., was arrested Sunday morning when officers of the District Attorney’s Special Investigative Unit of the Drug Task Force and the New Castle police pulled him over in his car after he left his home.
District Attorney Joshua L. Lamancusa estimated the street value of the uncut heroin to be around $18,000.
