NEW CASTLE —
A Volant woman is facing multiple charges for leaving her car after an accident in Plain Grove Township.
Her passenger was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected.
State police said Jennifer A. Miller, 45, was driving south on Davis Road around 12:30 a.m. Sunday when her car went off the road. It rolled and hit a tree, police said, damaging property at 316 Davis Road and scattering debris along the property and road.
Police said Davis was wearing her seat belt and was not injured. Her passenger, Michael D. Grossman, 40, of Volant sustained moderate injuries and was taken to Grove City Hospital.
Officers said Miller left the scene without notifying police or the property owner.
Police said she will be charged with accidents involving death or personal injury and multiple other summary offenses and misdemeanors.
