NEW CASTLE —
The bridge that carries East Maitland Lane over the Neshannock Creek is now open.
The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation reported the bridge between Neshannock and Hickory townships opened Friday.
The opening occurred several days ahead of schedule. It had been closed since mid-August.
Swank Associated Companies of New Kensington was the prime contractor for the $749,461 project.
